Based in South Tyneside, Gordon Durham is a well established regional contractor undertaking contracts throughout the North East, principally for the public sector in the areas of social housing, education, health and leisure as well as infrastructure.

Premier’s Involvement

Premier marketed the business to a select number of strategic buyers interested in the sector, generating a selection of offers from a first stage bid process.

Vinci was preferred buyer as it was seeking to build a National capability, from its offices in the South.
