IWJS provides industrial cleaning and survey solutions to large infrastructure clients in the government and utilities sector. Key clients included Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk as well as Yorkshire Water and Welsh Water where IWJS pioneered and dominated the tunnel cleaning industry.

Premier marketed the business to a select number of known and compatible buyers interested in the sector, generating a selection of offers from a first stage bid process.
Having guided the vendors on the options available to them, Premier assisted with bidder selection and went on to provide strategic and financial guidance throughout the sale and legal negotiation process, right up to deal completion.
