Premier led the MBO of Nationwide Maintenance from Southern Water, and within 18 months initiated and led the acquisition of Nene from Seaboard plc to create a £12m business, providing national building services maintenance, before selling the business to the 2nd tier management team. Premier initiated all transactions, negotiated the transactions and raised the capital to complete the transactions.
