NDT Services is a provider of NDT testing services to high-tech engineering businesses in the UK. The Company has a blue chip client base operating across the aerospace, petrochemical and power sectors where the NDT Services has gained “supplier of choice” status.
The company operates from a bespoke 30,000 sq ft laboratory in Derby, where the primary focus of the company is the provision of NDT testing services including ultrasonic immersion, dye penetrant, magnetic particle, eddy current and radiographic examinations (incl. gamma).
Premier’s Involvement
Premier introduced the business to a small number of known buyers, generating a selection of offers from a first stage bid process.
Having demonstrated the options available to them, Premier assisted with bidder selection and went on to provide strategic and financial guidance throughout the sale and legal negotiation process, right up to deal completion.
